This decision marks a major victory for motorcyclists who believe in the right to choose their ride and resist excessive regulatory overreach.This development comes after CARB canceled two public hearings on the matter, one initially scheduled for January and the other for October. The withdrawal of this plan demonstrates the power of collective resistance and the growing acknowledgment that motorcyclists should not be unfairly targeted or restricted in their options.For many riders, this fight was about more than emissions standards. It’s about preserving their freedom to choose the bikes they love. If the vehicle the drunk is driving is owned by someone else, there is an owner’s liability case against that owner.⚖Can You Sue The Bar Who Served The Drunk Driver?There may be a ‘Dram Shop’ case.
