Letter From The Owners – March 2025

Springtime Bliss

With spring around the corner, we are all getting that itch to get back to all things motorcycle here in Michigan. Hang in there bikers, it won’t be long!
As the snow begins to hopefully melt toward the end of this month and the temperatures start to rise, the anticipation of hitting the open road is palpable. The winter hiatus has given us time to dream, plan, and prepare for our upcoming adventures.

The arrival of spring brings with it a sense of renewal and excitement. For Michigan bikers, it means the start of a new season filled with scenic rides, rallies, and gatherings. The cold, dreary months of winter have given way to the promise of sunny days, winding roads, and the unmistakable rumble of engines. The wait is almost over, and the feeling of anticipation is electrifying.

As we prepare for the season ahead, bikers are extra busy tuning up their motorcycles, planning routes, and scheduling trips. The joy of maintenance, the careful inspection of each part, and the satisfaction of a well-oiled machine are all part of the ritual. It’s a time to reconnect with our beloved bikes, ensuring they are in top condition for the adventures to come.

Michigan offers a plethora of routes and destinations that are perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts. From the picturesque shores of the Great Lakes to the rolling hills of the countryside, there is no shortage of breathtaking scenery. Popular routes like the Tunnel of Trees, M-22 along Lake Michigan, and the Huron River Drive provide bikers with stunning landscapes and memorable experiences.

April’s Showers (even though we’re not there yet) bring May flowers.  May brings us our earliest events like the Blessing of the Bikes in Baldwin, Michigan and many others that help us kick off the riding season.  Just remember, after months of winter conditions, the roads may still have hazards such as potholes, gravel, and debris. Bikers should take extra precautions, perform thorough checks on their motorcycles, and remain vigilant on the road. Additionally, it’s crucial to promote awareness among other motorists to ensure a safe and enjoyable riding experience for everyone.

In conclusion, the arrival of spring in Michigan heralds the return of motorcycle season, much to the delight of bikers across the state. The anticipation, preparation, and sense of community all contribute to the excitement of hitting the open road once again.

So, hang in there bikers, it won’t be long before we can revel in the freedom and exhilaration that motorcycling brings. Let the adventures begin!
